The Castelbio Association (ACB) is a Third Sector body established under Italian Legislative Decree 117/2017 as a non-profit cultural association promoting local agricultural products. Below is an extract of its founding charter and statutory principles.
Our purpose
To promote sustainable agriculture and local produce through educational activities, workshops and cultural initiatives. We organise festivals, events and gatherings dedicated to the land — spreading agricultural culture, strengthening the bond with nature and creating moments of community, while fostering collaboration between local producers in a network built on sharing, mutual support and the value of local production.

Local Flavours Fair — an annual event for tasting and selling zero-kilometre farm products.

Governance
The association is run by a Board of Directors of three members, elected for a four-year term. Offices are assigned by vote of the members' assembly and held on a voluntary, unpaid basis.
